Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped from the United States by USPS Ground Advantage, which takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is $4.99, and free on orders over $50.00. Once your order ships, its tracking number shows up in Order lookup.

Returns

Because decants are filled to order, we can't accept returns on opened bottles. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
